The Association of Credit Professionals

Background

The ACP was started by Credit Managers wanting to help other Credit Managers.

The Association has gone from strength to strength over the last 18 months and now boasts:

  • 500 plus members;
  • An active online forum;
  • An NCFE (level 4) Diploma training programme;
  • Partnership with DebtCred delivering financial education to children;
  • An on-line library of good practice recovery letters.

Feedback from our members has told us they want a standard to which they can work and external recognition that they use best practice processes.

Developed by the ACP in partnership with leading businesses, the Accreditation helps Credit Management departments to improve performance and gain recognition for the value provided.
